I told the groom that I don’t think I’ve ever looked forward to a wedding more than this one. I’ve known Chuck and Diana for less than a year, but sometimes you just click with people and feel close to them instantly. I’m so blessed that I got to photograph their wedding last month. It was one for the record books. There haven’t been many weddings at Puckett’s in downtown Franklin, but these two have the inside connection. Their ceremony was very sweet and we were surrounded by loving friends and family. The perfect end to the night was a set by The Bicho Brothers followed by a jam session with many of the incredibly talented musicians in the Nashville area. It was a night I will always remember. Thank you Chuck and Diana for your friendship and allowing me to be a part of your day.

It is hard to describe how special these two babies are. First of all, they belong to one of my bestest friends and her hubby. Second of all, we have all been awaiting their arrival for some time. Sweet Dylan and Olivia were born on May 26th. Stephanie and Fredy, I am so happy for you both. I can’t wait to watch these two grow up. I heart you all!

If you are thinking to yourself, “Where have I seen this adorable little man before?”. The answer is right here! I photographed Henry a few months ago when he was just 2 months old. This guy is growing like a weed and getting more and more cute with every passing month. It’s hard to take a bad photo of Henry. Look at those blue eyes!!! Henry and family just moved back to Georgia, but I hope somehow someway I get to meet up with them again!

It’s not very often that I shoot people without meeting them in person first but that didn’t stop me from making an instant connection with these two. Holly and Cole are super sweet and we had a great time roaming the park together making these photos. They brought some family along which just added to the fun. Many thanks to Holly’s sister for pitching in to carry bags and my reflector:)We can’t wait to shoot their wedding later this year in Nashville! Congrats guys!

band-bichobrothers

Life is crazy. Through a strange but great chain of events I met this incredible group of musicians who are equally incredible people. Meet “The Bicho Brothers” + special guest Keith Landry. The Keith Landry that sang with the band Toto you ask? Yes, that Keith Landry. But the great names and great musicians don’t end there. Ron Krasinski on drums, Chuck Nelson on lead vocals and guitar, Bill Cuomo on keys, Jim Roberts on bass, Diana Sosa on timbales, and Jeff Krinks on guitar and vocals. The list of people these guys have played with is a m a z i n g. Don’t believe me? www.google.com. I am lucky to call these guys friends. Stop what you are doing, go to their website: www.thebichobrothers.com, find a date near you and go see them. You are welcome.

stephanie - July 5, 2011 - 10:17 am

faves are the first one, the individual shots, and the reflection pic for sure!
