Monday night The Bicho Brothers played a gig in Smashville during a Predators game at Bridgestone Arena and we were lucky enough to get to tag along! They played two rockin’ sets and gave the crowd a little taste of what a Bicho Brothers show is like with a mix of classic rock and Santana. The show was great, the crowd was into it and bonus, the Predators won! Hope you enjoy the photos as much as we enjoyed hanging with these guys. Be sure to check out the schedule on their website and catch them next time they are playing a show near you!!

2pm: Rehearsal

7pm: Showtime

Last week we got together with Deedra, Jeff and Stella for a session in Iuka, MS. They own the Town & Country Furniture stores in Iuka and Pickwick. They will be welcoming a new member into the family soon and they wanted us to document this special stage of life for them. We really had a great time with this fun, kind family. We did some playing/shooting at the park in downtown Iuka and then at a beautiful property near downtown. What a great looking family you guys have. We can’t wait to meet the newest addition:)

You might remember Allyson and Branch from their fun-filled, extra goofy engagement photos we shot in Nashville back in July. Well those two had the incredible idea to jet-set off to the Bahamas to get married this month. While we didn’t get to hide ourselves in their luggage and shoot for them there, we did get to capture their reception party at Belle Meade Plantation last Friday night. Allyson spent a lot of time and energy putting together all of the beautiful details that made the reception one to remember. From the minute Branch pulled up in his truck with the windows down and M. J. blasting, til everyone loaded up into limos for the after party, it is safe to say that everyone had a great time. Thanks for letting us be a part of it guys!!

Saturday August 14th was a great day. Not only did we have the pleasure of witnessing Sarah and Matt become one, we had the honor of documenting the day in photographs.

The day started around 11:00 AM at First United Methodist Church in Murfreesboro where Sarah and her bridesmaids and family began to get ready for the big day. Matt and his fellas arrived around 1:00 PM to suit up. By 5:30, Sarah & Matt were husband and wife! We then all headed over to Stones River Country Club for the reception. The Country Club was nice enough to have four golf carts available for us to take out onto the grounds for photos. Once we got everyone placed perfectly for a picture that was no doubt going be legendary, it started to pour! The wedding party scrambled back onto the golf carts, we covered the camera gear and rushed back to the reception in the pouring rain. Even though we all got a little wet, that couldn’t stop the fun. The reception was a blast and included a photo booth (you’ve got to check out these hilarious photos!).

Browse through the photos and leave a comment for the newlyweds. Thanks for letting us spend the day with you Sarah & Matt!

. . . and if you’re still wanting more you can also check out the fun we had with Matt & Sarah in downtown Murfreesboro for their engagement shoot.

We’re so happy to get to share Sarah’s bridal photos with you all now that she and Matt are married and on their honeymoon in Jamaica. Sarah wanted a natural setting for her bridal portraits. We had a lot of fun with her traveling around Franklin at sunset in her amazing wedding gown, even in the August heat! Sarah looked beautiful and made a gorgeous bride. Have a great honeymoon guys!
