Keen blog watchers might recognize Christine as one of Abbey’s bridesmaids from last year. Well now it’s Christine’s turn to get married! I had a great time with Christine and Jason shooting these photos. They really are the nicest people and we laughed pretty much the whole time. Can’t wait for the wedding guys!

When Janess & Justin told us their sweet engagement story that began with the way he always helps her climb into his super high truck, we knew this couple was going to be a lot of fun. You see Justin towers high above 6 feet tall and Janess is slightly under that. But despite their difference in height, you can tell Janess & Justin were made for each other. We spent an evening strolling around ‘inside the hedges’ of Rice University with these two (Janess is a Rice U graduate!!) and with all the fun and jokes that went on, we can’t wait until their wedding day. An early congratulations to you both! We will see you in a few short weeks!!

It’s not very often that I shoot people without meeting them in person first but that didn’t stop me from making an instant connection with these two. Holly and Cole are super sweet and we had a great time roaming the park together making these photos. They brought some family along which just added to the fun. Buckle your seat belts people, lots of Nashville lovin’ comin’ your way. Kurt, Megan and I had all kinds of fun on this shoot. We started at Two Rivers park with their super cool and well-behaved yellow lab Scout. The rain came and went while we hung out but it made for some great light and lots of fun. After a wardrobe change we went downtown for more shenanigans. These guys are super laid-back, a lot of fun and I can’t wait to shoot their wedding next year! Congrats guys!

True story… While having lunch, we overheard Abbey at the next table say that she needed to find a photographer. She had recently gotten engaged to a very lucky guy named Scott and needed to find a photographer for their upcoming wedding. A few months later, here we are shooting Abbey and Scott’s engagement photos downtown. These guys were a lot of fun to wander around the streets of Houston with and they didn’t say “no” to any of my crazy ideas. We cannot wait to shoot their wedding later this year. Hope y’all had as much fun as we did!
